Manual Handling

Every workplace involves physical activity called manual handling, and in some circumstances, it doesn't cause any issues. However, certain activities while at work can be dangerous and put a worker at risk for injuries.

It covers a variety of subjects to offer the learner the assurance they need to execute risk-assessed manual handling duties in their place of employment.
People who want to learn the theory and practical skills necessary for proper manual handling are the target audience for this course. All training will be carried out by qualified instructors in accordance with the appropriate regulation.

Course objectives
This course aims to give participants the theoretical and practical knowledge they need to perform manual handling tasks—light or heavy—safely, while also teaching them how to conduct risk assessments, as well as safe lifting techniques that will help them avoid back injuries.

All successful applicants will receive a valid Manual Handling certificate.
